Is real money involved?
No. StockClash is a game. Every trade uses virtual money on historical market prices, nothing you do in the App touches a real brokerage account, and you can't win or lose real money. Nothing in StockClash is investment advice.
Cancel StockClash Pro
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, so they're canceled on your iPhone, not in the App:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name (Apple Account) at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap StockClash Pro, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the App or your StockClash account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore StockClash Pro
Pro belongs to the Apple ID you bought it with. After reinstalling, or on a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID, open StockClash and tap Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases (or Restore purchases at the bottom of the Pro screen). If Pro still doesn't turn on, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Delete your account
In the App, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, username, game history, streak, progress backup and leaderboard entries. It can't be undone. If you can't get into the App, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
If you play as a guest, there's no account to delete: your progress lives only on your iPhone and is removed when you delete the App.
Keep your progress across devices
Guest progress stays on the device you play on. Create a free account (Sign in with Apple or email) from Settings to back up your streak, Vault and campaign and rank on the daily leaderboard.
