Terms of Service

Welcome to StockClash. By downloading, installing, or using StockClash ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About StockClash

StockClash is a stock market simulation game. All trading within the App uses virtual currency and simulated market data. No real money is at risk. StockClash is not a brokerage, financial advisor, or investment platform. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StockClash. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or circumvent restrictions
• Usernames must not impersonate others, contain offensive language, or violate anyone's rights
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

• All games are validated server-side. Attempts to manipulate prices, fabricate trades, or submit false results will result in immediate account suspension.
• Using bots, scripts, modified apps, or any automated tools to play StockClash is prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for competitive advantage is prohibited. Please report bugs to support@stockclash.io.
• Colluding with other players in head-to-head matches is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to void game results, remove leaderboard entries, and revoke achievements for any player found violating fair play rules.

5. Premium Subscription

StockClash offers an optional premium subscription ("StockClash Premium") with additional features.

• Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. StockClash does not process payments directly.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For refund requests, contact Apple Support.
• Prices may change with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

6. Virtual Currency

StockClash uses virtual currency (virtual cash) for gameplay purposes only. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money or goods. Virtual currency balances reset with each new game.

7. Not Financial Advice

StockClash is an entertainment product. The stock prices, scenarios, and market conditions in the App are simulated and may not reflect real market behavior. Nothing in StockClash should be interpreted as investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy or sell any real security. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making real investment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in StockClash — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, code, game mechanics, text, graphics, and audio — is owned by Zackery Atlas and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of StockClash without our written permission.

Stock ticker symbols (AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, AMZN, META) are trademarks of their respective companies. Their use in StockClash is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

9. User Content

By using StockClash, you may generate content such as usernames, game results, and shared score cards. You grant Zackery Atlas a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content within the App and in marketing materials (e.g., featuring top leaderboard players in social media posts).

10. Limitation of Liability

StockClash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zackery Atlas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for any real-world financial decisions you make based on your experience with StockClash
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for StockClash Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
