Terms of Service

Welcome to StockClash. By downloading, installing, or using StockClash ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About StockClash

StockClash is a stock market game. All trading within the App uses virtual money on historical market prices replayed at game speed. No real money is at risk. StockClash is not a brokerage, financial advisor, or investment platform. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice.

2. Eligibility

StockClash is intended for players 13 and older. You must be at least 13 years old to use StockClash. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or circumvent restrictions
• Usernames must not impersonate others, contain offensive language, or violate anyone's rights
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Ranked results (Today's Market, the weekly tournament and the campaign) are checked on our servers. Attempts to manipulate prices, fabricate trades, or submit false results will result in account suspension.
• Using bots, scripts, modified apps, or any automated tools to play StockClash is prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for competitive advantage is prohibited. Please report bugs to hello@stockclash.io.
• Colluding with other players in duels, tournaments or on leaderboards is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to void game results, remove leaderboard entries, and revoke achievements for any player found violating fair play rules.

5. StockClash Pro Subscription

Every era, every lesson and every game mode in StockClash is free. StockClash offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "StockClash Pro," that adds extra features such as streak insurance, ghost races, pause and speed control, the trade review and the trader profile. The features included may change over time.

• Plans and prices: StockClash Pro Monthly is $4.99 per month and StockClash Pro Yearly is $29.99 per year (US prices; prices in other countries are set by the App Store in local currency and shown before you buy).
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Apple processes all payments; StockClash never sees your payment details.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and canceling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App Store account settings. Canceling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the App or your StockClash account does not cancel a subscription.
• Restoring: Pro belongs to your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases in the App (Settings, or the Pro screen) to turn it back on after reinstalling or on another device signed in to the same Apple ID.
• Refunds: no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes: if the price of an existing subscription goes up, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.

6. Virtual Currency

StockClash uses virtual currency (virtual cash) for gameplay purposes only. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money or goods. Virtual currency balances reset with each new game.

7. Not Financial Advice

StockClash is an entertainment product. Prices in the App are historical closing prices replayed at game speed, and headlines are written in our own words from the public record. Past market behavior does not predict future results. Nothing in StockClash should be interpreted as investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy or sell any real security. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making real investment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in StockClash — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, code, game mechanics, text, graphics, and audio — is owned by Zackery Atlas and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of StockClash without our written permission.

Company names and stock ticker symbols that appear in StockClash are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification only and do not imply endorsement.

9. User Content

By using StockClash, you may generate content such as usernames, game results, and shared score cards. You grant Zackery Atlas a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content within the App and in marketing materials (e.g., featuring top leaderboard players in social media posts).

10. Limitation of Liability

StockClash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zackery Atlas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for any real-world financial decisions you make based on your experience with StockClash
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for StockClash Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
